Am Now Nahia, Viola Nakitende Confirms After Converting to Islam

Singer Viola Nakitende confirms converting to Islam and adopts the Islamic name “Nahia” which means Heavens or Paradise in Islam.
This move she considered it as so Personal and spiritual fulfillment since during her growth journey was raised by Muslims and her mother too is a Muslims and this made it easier for her to convert and confirming it’s not sudden.
While addressing the media, Nakitende confirmed that the people that have been surrounding her and the environment push so much for her conversion to the Islamic Faith and this was from her senior one to senior four that attended.

Viola Nakitende came to fame after the release of her song titled “Tosiimula” and was being managed by Producer Diggy Baur of Sabula Records located in Makindye Luwafa
She later left and they two had to fall out on claims of Love and later joined Kojja Kitonsa that also appears in the story that also encouraged her to convert to Islam.
“Even my manager, Kojja Kitonsa is a Muslim and wherever he prays,mos of the things come to reality and that also pushed me to believe that the Islamic faith is more close to God” – Nakitende stated
